Dorayaki with Sweet Bean Center

Tastes like egg cake with some kind of jam like substance in the center but the jam doesn’t taste that sweet. In my country we only really have like fruit jam’s so it was really interesting to taste this. I think it tastes good but it wouldn’t be something I would actually buy.

Mentos sour Apple

Mentos Sour Green Apple

I’m a big fan of sour so I was exited to try this but honestly it wasn’t sour at all it just tastes like regular Mentos with apple flavour.

Pretz Granola - Chocolate

Pretz Granola – Chocolate

This has a really different texture then normal Pocky or Pretz it is more crunchy. Even though we didn’t know what Granola was I though it tasted like chocolate cereal and after googling it seems it indeed is some kind of healthy cereal. I really recommend this is your a big chocolate fan but the normal Pocky or Pretz isn’t enough for you.

Tamanegi-san Onion Snacks

Tamanegi-san Onion Snacks

I never really tasted chips with onions apart from Lay’s Cheese & Onion but there it is barely noticeable. I feel like this doesn’t really taste like onion that much, more like regular totato chips with a very very small hint of onion.

Puchi Wasabi Potato Chips

Puchi Wasabi Potato Chips

Tastes kinda like Pringles but the natural flavour. But don’t let it fool you, it has a really spicy after taste.

GG Strong Muscat Gummy

GG Strong Muscat Gummy

This gummy has a really strong grape smell and taste. It has a bit of a weird texture because you can’t bite it which is a bit confusing at first. I love the easy travel package it comes in.

KitKat Pumpkin Pudding

KitKat Pumpkin Pudding

This tastes a little weird, i’m expecting that that’s the pumpkin taste but honestly I never really had pumpkin myself so I have no idea what it tastes like. I’m not sure if I like it but it’s not that bad. And OMG look at that cute packaging! It doesn’t really taste like pudding in my opinion but what does pudding really taste like if you think about it?

Heart Shin Chan Edible Stamp

Heart Shin Chan Edible Stamp

These are really cool, we had to search a video how it worked first though. They are Shin Chan stamps that you can dip into water and use on the paper they include. After you are done stamping you can actually eat the stamps. They taste a bit like old school pink yellow lollipop’s I have no idea if those are like a worldwide thing though and have no idea what they are called  ><  It’s just really sweet and a bit sourish.

The Premium Milk Caramel

The Premium Milk Caramel

I was a bit afraid to try this because we had something like this in an earlier package and that one was so gross. But don’t let the package fool you. Even though it looks like it’s for older gentlemen it tastes really nice. It tastes a bit like Werther’s Original A very warm rich taste.

Punifuwa Happy Nikukyu

Punifuwa Happy Nikukyu

This packaging OMG when I first saw this we were like ooooh I so wanna try this. It really has the cutest packaging and the gummy’s are actually paws. The taste was a bit disappointing though because it just tasted like regular peach gummy. But the cute package makes up for that.

If your not sure, most subscription box services have pictures online from their last few months so you can look at what they normally put in them to make your decision if you like them or not ^^

I have tried Japanese Candy from Cyber Candy and bought my niece a selection of Kit Kats from Japan off e bay. I find it a bit strange but do love the Hello Panda and Pocky’s. Love the idea of a subscription box though
